Yo uso dos tipos de aceites

Aceite Repsol Moto Scooter 4t 5w40 1 Litro precio 8,50 euros (Color del envase naranja )

Aceite Castrol Power 1 Scooter 4T 5W40 1L- 9€ (El envase tiene unos Aros donde pasa gasolina o no sé qué es)


El aceite de Repsol la scooter llega a los 105 KM en plano y un poco mas.
Con el Aceite Castrol Power 1 Scooter Premium llega a los 85 o 90 y le cuesta mucho pero mucho.

Cuando llego a los 3.000 KM le vuelvo a poner el aceite Repsol Moto Scooter 4t 5w40 1 Litro (Bote naranja) la moto cobra vida pero no se imaginan cuánto.


Respondiendo a la respuesta cuanto aceite echo, siempre pongo un litro y unos 150 Mililitros más midiendo con el medidor de aceite para no pasarme. (es decir echo 1 litro con 150)

Estos grados se definen de la siguiente manera:

• Un grado en frío o en invierno, seguida de la letra W. Por ejemplo, 15W.
• Un grado en calor o en verano. Esta cifra viene después de la calificación de invierno. Por ejemplo 40.

Cuanto menor sea el número del grado de invierno (0W, 5W, 10W, 15W, 20W, 25W), más líquido se mantendrá el aceite a temperaturas negativas, y por lo tanto más fácil será arrancar el motor con tiempo muy frío.

Cuanto mayor sea el número del grado de verano (20, 30, 40, 50, 60), más viscoso permanece el aceite a altas temperaturas (100° C), y por lo tanto proporciona más protección al motor durante su uso intenso.

Los motores de hoy en día suelen estar diseñados para funcionar con una viscosidad de aceite en caliente SAE 40. En invierno, en países de clima templado, un grado en frío SAE 15W es suficiente para facilitar el arranque. Un aceite SAE 15W40 es por lo tanto adecuado para temperaturas entre -10° y +40° C.

yo tengo el 5w40 y arranca mejor que antes que tenia 10w40

¿Si en el manual y en el propio carter aparece la indicación 5W40, porqué utlizar otro tipo de aceite?

PD 20W50 mineral es un aceite de cambio anual que suele dar buenos resultados en motos con muchos kilómetros, en boxer gordos, donde suele reducir fugas y disminuir el consumo de aceite...
